Almond Flour Paleo Pizza

If your on Paleo and don't want to miss out on those delicious Pizzas i might have the right recipe for you. Except the cheese in my example it is 100% paleo.
I included cheese in my paleo diet as i have no problems with it.
WHAT YOU NEED
  • 100g of pure almond flour (optional mix it with coconut rasp)
  • 1 spoon of olive oil
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt
  • Tomato paste of fresh made tomato paste
  • Spices of your choice

Get all the ingredients together.

Add them together into a bowl, dont spare on the salt as the almond flour is generally more sweet.

Mix up together properly.

Lay out some baking paper on a baking form and spread some olive oil on it. Pre-heat oven on 225 ° C.

Spread out the base. It's more soft then a regular base but dont worry. Spread it out gently with your fingers or anything else. Just make sure there are no holes in the base when you finished.

That's how it should look like when it goes to the oven. Put it there for approx. 8 minutes until the base gets brown underneath, see in the next picture.

After ~8 minutes it should look like this. Take it out and let it cool down for 2 minutes. In the meanwhile prepare the tomato sauce after your taste.

Tomato sauce with some fresh oregano.

Spread it out on the baked base.

Decorate the pizza after your liking. It needs about 10-15 minutes at 225°C.
